Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, credentials, work history, education, skills, and profile information submitted through the platform. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of this Agreement.

2. Resume and Application Accuracy

You represent that all information in your resume, applications, and profile is truthful, accurate, and current. NewtJobs does not verify the accuracy of job seeker submissions.

3. Personal Responsibility When Applying

You are solely responsible for the jobs you apply to, the employers you engage with, and any agreements or arrangements you enter into. NewtJobs does not review, approve, or guarantee any employer or job opportunity listed on the platform.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

NewtJobs does not guarantee interviews, offers, placement, or employment outcomes. Use of the platform does not create any entitlement to employment or any particular result.

5. User Verification Disclaimer

NewtJobs does not independently verify employer identities, business legitimacy, job listing accuracy, or workplace conditions. Users are advised to independently verify opportunities before committing to any application or interview.

6. Acceptable Applicant Conduct

Job seekers must communicate professionally with employers, respect platform guidelines, and comply with all applicable laws. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

7. Account Suspension

NewtJobs may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy, at our sole discretion.
