This Acceptable Use Policy outlines conduct that is prohibited on the NewtJobs platform. All users must comply with this policy as a condition of platform access.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Posting fake, fraudulent, or fictitious job listings
- Submitting false resumes, credentials, or work history
- Impersonating any person, company, or organization
- Engaging in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting platform data
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages or spam
- Conducting phishing, social engineering, or credential theft
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access platform source code
- Posting discriminatory job listings or communications
- Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening communications
- Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing platform security features
- Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
3. Enforcement
NewtJobs may investigate violations and may remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, report misconduct to relevant authorities, or take any other action it deems appropriate.
