Employer Agreement

1. Employer Eligibility

To post jobs on NewtJobs, you must be an authorized representative of a legitimate business or organization. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization to this Agreement.

2. Lawful Job Postings

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring job postings and hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and worker classification rules.

3. Truthful Posting Obligations

All job postings must accurately describe the position, compensation, requirements, and working conditions. Employers may not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful listings. NewtJobs does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any employer posting.

4. Anti-Discrimination Obligations

Employers must comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. Job postings may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

5. Wage and Hour Compliance

Employers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws, including minimum wage requirements, overtime rules, and pay transparency obligations where required by law.

6. Employer Responsibility for Screening and Hiring

Employers are solely responsible for screening applicants, conducting background checks, making hiring decisions, and all related hiring processes. NewtJobs assumes no responsibility for employment outcomes.

7. Indemnification

Employers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewtJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from employer's job postings, hiring practices, or violation of this Agreement.

8. Suspension and Termination

NewtJobs reserves the right to remove postings, suspend employer accounts, or terminate access for violation of this Agreement at its sole discretion.
